⚙️ AI-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT
The AI-native way to build production-ready software
AI assistants make individuals faster. Vibe coding makes demos fast. Neither gives a business software it can maintain, extend and trust in production. We build with AI across the whole lifecycle — with senior engineers in control of what ships.
Most teams are using AI without changing how development works
Dropping an AI assistant into an unchanged process gives you slightly faster typing and the same bottlenecks. The real gain comes from changing the model around it:
- Shared context — requirements, architecture and decisions written once and reused by people and agents
- Repeatable workflows — the same guardrails on every project, not whatever each engineer prefers
- Human accountability — a senior engineer owns the architecture and signs off what reaches production
Move fast without giving up control
Speed and risk are usually a trade-off. They don’t have to be — if the model is built to keep both.
AI at every stage. Engineers in control.
🧩 Context that compounds
Requirements, architecture, business rules and decisions are maintained as shared context, so people and agents work from the same source of truth.
🔄 AI across the lifecycle
Agents support planning, architecture, implementation, testing, documentation and release — not just code generation.
👤 Humans remain accountable
Senior engineers direct the agents, make the decisions that matter, validate outputs and own what gets delivered.
🛡️ Quality built in
Testing, security, reliability and review are part of delivery — not a phase bolted on at the end.
What makes it repeatable
Three things carry the model from one project to the next.
Principles
What we believe about how people and AI work together, and the standards every engagement must meet.
Practices
How we apply them across the lifecycle — for new builds and for software you already run.
Tooling
Reusable agents, context packs, shared standards and automated guardrails that keep output consistent across teams and projects.
Senior engineers move up the value chain
When agents handle the mechanical work, your best people spend their time on architecture, decisions and product judgment — the parts that actually need a senior brain.
The same shift applies inside your team: juniors ship more, seniors review less boilerplate, and the process no longer depends on one person’s memory.
What an engagement looks like
No mystery phases and no status-report theatre. A typical build runs like this:
- Week 1 — context and architecture. Your requirements, constraints and existing code become shared context, then we agree the plan and the interfaces.
- Week 2 — first working slice. A thin end-to-end slice running in your repo and demoed live. Working software, not a slide deck.
- Weeks 3–4 — build out. Agents implement against the plan; a senior engineer reviews every merge, with tests and CI in place from the start.
- Week 5 — harden and document. Security, performance, error handling and documentation written alongside the code, not promised for later.
- Final handover. We walk your engineers through the system. If you want it, a supervising agent pod keeps running afterwards.
You see something working every week. If a week passes with nothing you can click, something has gone wrong on our side.
Three ways to put it to work
Embedded engineer
A senior practitioner working inside your existing team, raising the bar on the codebase you already have.
Fixed-scope build
One clearly defined product or system, delivered in weeks with a fixed price and a demo at the end of each stage.
Agent pod
A standing team of agents plus a supervising engineer, running your delivery queue continuously.
Proven in production
We don’t only sell this model — we run our own business on it:
- This website was designed, written and shipped by an AI agent team
- Our Android releases are built, versioned and shipped by an automated pipeline
- Our infrastructure backs itself up and verifies itself without manual steps
From strategy to adoption
- Decide — AI strategy and roadmap: what to build first, and why.
- Build — this engagement: we ship the first system, usually in weeks.
- Adopt — training and change management: your team runs it confidently.
- Scale — a managed agent team handling the next workflows.
